60 Hudson is a landmark building, which means that it can not be modified internally or externally, this presents a great challenge to the tenants in the building. Metcom Network Services has existing conduit running throughout 60 Hudson Street, from the Mezzanine to the 24th floor and everywhere in between, we are therefore the main inter-floor transport carrier within 60 Hudson Street.
